We also except check or money order. Your order will be held until the check is received in the mail.
 

SHIPPING POLICY

 
Ledge Lounger understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Please review our shipping policies below. However, if expedited shipping or special arrangements are necessary, please contact customer service by phone (347.875.0356) or by E-Mail ([email protected]). We will be happy to assist you.
 
Please note all custom colors, custom logo or monogrammed pillows will require additional processing time. Promotional shipping (i.e. Free Shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the continental United States and could pertain only to orders above a certain threshold (i.e. $100).
 

Continental United States
 
Ledge Lounger uses multiple carriers to insure completive rates on all shipments within the continental United States. Our lead-time is based on available stock and order quantity. Please E-Mail ([email protected]) to find out your estimated lead-time. You will be given a tracking number for your shipment via email when the shipping process has been begun for your order.
 

International

RETURN POLICY

 
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Ledge Lounger, you can return the product(s) for a full refund less a restocking fee of 15% within 30 days of purchase. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies to your purchase. Please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy.
 
The following is Ledge Loungers’ return policy for all purchases made through our website:
 

  • You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused. If possible, please include a copy of original receipt of the purchase.
  • An 85% refund (less the 15% restocking fee) of the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days once Ledge Lounger receives the merchandise back. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
  • No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Please contact Ledge Lounger customer service team at (347.875.0356) to set up your return.

 
To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise so we can process your return. Please note our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from Ledge Lounger via phone, or website.
