USER GENERATED CONTENT
“User Generated Content” refers to any content created by you, the user, including reviews, comments, photos, videos, or any other content or information that features Ledge Lounger, or adjacent/related products or topics that you publish through the Ledge Lounger website, send to Ledge Lounger, or post on social media and allow Ledge Lounger to feature, including but not limited to your name, social media handle, accompanying text, and any images, videos, or audio from your social media accounts (i.e. Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook).
All User Generated Content should be accurate, not in violation of any law or regulations, not causing injury to any person or entity, not containing or providing links to obscene, threatening, harmful, sexually explicit, abusive, spam, or degrading material. You are solely responsible for any User Content submitted and Ledge Lounger assumes no liability for any User Content submitted by you.
By allowing Ledge Lounger to feature your User Generated Content, you grant Ledge Lounger a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and sub-license to feature your User Generated Content on the Ledge Lounger website and owned social media platforms, to mention/tag you, and to use the content for future marketing efforts including but not limited to all formats of print, broadcast, and digital media advertising without compensation to you. Ledge Lounger reserves the right to edit, photoshop, or filter any User Generated Content as we see necessary. While Ledge Lounger will attempt to credit User Generated Content when possible, Ledge Lounger has no obligation to do so.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for you to grant the licenses mentioned above.

Please note that content in these galleries may be inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive.
