Our PartyPad shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot for two (2) years from the date of purchase for both commercial and residential use.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery of the claimed defect. Any shipping damages need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Approved claims resulting in a replacement must be for the same product. The purchaser will be asked to submit a brief description of the defect along with photos.

We recommend umbrellas up to 7.5' as the installed umbrella collar will only accommodate 1.5" and 2.0" umbrella poles.

The ice inside PartyPad can typically stay cold for over 2 hours, ensuring your drinks remain refreshingly chilled while you enjoy your time by the pool.
