Ingredients:

  • 1 small watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 cups of strawberries, hulled
  • 3 cups of grapes, washed and stems removed
  • 1 cup of blueberries, washed
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • Optional garnish: Fresh mint leaves for a touch of elegance

Preparation:

  1. Opt for a variety of fruits (watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, blueberries, and kiwi) that are easy to slice and serve. Think about a mix of colors and flavors to appeal to different tastes.
  2. Thoroughly wash all fruits. Slice larger fruits into bite-sized pieces. For fruits like strawberries and grapes, simply remove the stems and leave them whole.
  3. On a large platter or a few smaller plates, arrange the fruit in an appealing, colorful pattern. You can group similar fruits together or mix them for a vibrant display.
  4. Add fresh mint leaves as garnish, if desired.

  1. Prepare the marinade and mix all the ingredients.
