  • Any damage that is a result of exposure to extreme outdoor environments (e.g. extreme cold, extreme heat, corrosive environments, etc.).
  • Any damage that results from leaving the firepit filled with water in sub-freezing outdoor temperatures.
  • Any damage that is a result of someone standing on the firepit, or any other unusual, unintended or abnormal use circumstances.
  • Any damage or malfunction related to the external third-party propane tank.

Superb Fire Pit

"The Ledge Halo fire pit is exceptionally well designed with hardly any assembly required. My spouse and I had it fully assembled in 20 minutes and it looks fantastic. The pivot feature, which allows the table top to glide open to store and access a 20lb propane tank, is marvelous engineering! I wish every manufacturer was as thoughtful in their design philosophy as Ledge. I'm hopeful the quality of the fire pit is as good as the design - Ledge uses powder coated steel, rather than rust free aluminum for the fire pit's metal components, which I've never had much luck with in outdoor items. I've no doubt the resin base will easily last 10+ years. Overall this is an outstanding fire pit."

Great Firepit, Nor-so-great Ordering Experience

"Absolutely beautiful firepit with innovative swivel top feature - hides all the mechanical works from view. The best of form and functionality. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was our ordering experience. The original three week delivery time promised turned into 10 weeks - and when the company ran a promotion in the meantime, for a significant savings, they wouldn’t honor that price. Additionally, the cover that we paid for an ordered with the fire pit never arrived – and after repeated emails to the company, we were told that it would be delayed an additional three months! Not the best experience with the company (FirePit Sirplus) but the firepit id beautiful."

On average, how many hours can you get out of a 20lb propane tank with this fire pit?
If your Halo is on the highest level, it can last about 8 solid hours.
Can it be adapted for natural gas?
Thanks for your question. The Halo cannot be connected to a gas line. It is only compatible with a propane tank.
Can this be used to roast marshmallows?
Happy to help with your question. Unfortunately, we do not recommend roasting marshmallows with the Halo.
Do you have a lid available to purchase to cover up rocks and make flat when not using?
Thank you for your question. At this time, we do not have a lid to place on the top of the Halo when you are not using it.
When it rains, where does the water go? Is there a drain? If so, where does it let out?
