As one season ends, another season begins, and pool season is gaining momentum. Today we're looking back at one of our favorite pool deck projects that never really got the reality air time it deserved. We designed this space for the fan fav beloved couple from the popular reality TV show “Vanderpump Rules" and it turned out to be such a great outdoor project. It had everything we look for in a backyard: big patio doors onto an outdoor lounge area, outdoor kitchen, dog area, bar, and a pool and spa area perfect for entertaining AND designing around. The challenge was to blend their two distinct priorities: entertainment and relaxation. By strategically creating a series of functional vignettes throughout the backyard, we ensured each space served a dual purpose—perfect for both partying and chillaxing. Here are our top 5 pool deck products (from the project) that blend entertainment with relaxation: 1. In-Pool Tanning Ledge Loungers: Perfect for clients seeking luxury and comfort – enjoy the sun while partially submerged. 2. Outdoor Sectionals: Ample and flexible seating options for various social gatherings with stylish, durable sectionals. 3. When we saw these loungers on vacation many years ago, we knew we wanted to add them to our pool. We’ve had our pool loungers for about a year & a half now & they’ve held up extremely well!   • For routine cleaning, just use water.
  • For a deeper clean, remove from the pool and use a mild household cleaner and eraser sponge.
  • Remove calcium buildup with a calcium removal product.
