When playing cornhole, two teams take turns tossing bean bags at a raised platform with a hole in it. The goal is to be the first team to reach exactly 21 points. Follow these cornhole rules for a fun game:

Set up two boards about 27 feet apart.

Get into teams of two players each.

Each player takes turns throwing bean bags at the opposite board. The goal is to get your bean bag through the hole or land it on the board.

Cornhole Scoring: Bags on the board = 1 point. Bags in the hole = 3 points.

Points scored by one team cancel out points scored by the opposing team during the same round. For example, if one team scores 3 points and the other team scores 2 points during a round, the first team would score 1 point (3 points – 2 points = 1 point), and the second team would score 0 points.

If a team goes over 21 points, they subtract the number of points they went over from their score.
